Differences between acting like a moderator and back-seat moderating

Acting like a moderator and back-seat moderating are COMPLETELY different.

Acting like a moderator is where you help out with the moderators. You inform moderators about bad things, and try to help others.

Back-seat moderating is where you tell the moderators how to do their job. They correct others, and try to handle things themselves.
